At Ampcus, we are passionate about mentoring and supporting students and entrepreneurs to help them pursue their dreams. I am committed to investing in programs that encourage and inspire young women to challenge stereotypes, while pursuing and embracing careers in science and technology. In fact, our company has partnered with several organizations that offer programs to support students, young entrepreneurs and future business leaders.

Ampcus is a primary sponsor of the Astra Women’s Business Alliance S.T.E.A.M. initiative — science, technology, engineering, art and math. This program brings together young girls to provide mentorship and guidance in entrepreneurship, including finance, marketing, sales and operations. It inspires them to pursue careers in technology and the arts, in addition to helping them build confidence, collaborate with like-minded peers and create networking contacts who can help them succeed beyond the program. The Ampcus team has been honored to sit alongside and mentor these young women as they learn valuable skills and is delighted to see them collaborate and flourish.

Another organization Ampcus has partnered with is 21st Century Leaders. This organization — which includes young women — allows businesses to mentor and collaborate with high school students, providing them with guidance and hands-on training and utilizes real-life business and personal experiences to prepare them for success in the future. Our company has invested in sponsorships with this organization and has participated in panels and one-on-one discussions with the student entrepreneurs.
Although partnering with these organizations allows us to make a larger impact, it is also important to us that we provide internship opportunities to young women interested in technology.

Ampcus strongly believes in investing in future leaders, and that’s the reason why we also have partnered with the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce and STEAMd Inc., providing several scholarships and sponsorships to promote young leaders in the fields of science, technology and entrepreneurship. Together, we can help provide stronger mentorships and a clearer path to the future.
