She brings over 27 years of comprehensive experience across all disciplines of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness.
As a strategic and people-focused leader, Laurie oversees Ampcus’ high-performing Onboarding & HR Teams driving initiatives while also partnering with leadership to support workforce growth, engagement, and retention. She proudly holds the SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) credential, reflecting advanced expertise in strategic HR leadership, workforce planning, and organizational development.
