Meet Vijaya Ramya Chillimuntha. Software Engineer, mentor and true tech innovator, Vijaya is an integral part of the team here in Chantilly. As she approaches her 3-year anniversary at Ampcus, we wanted to highlight some of the amazing POCs that she’s worked on:

Autogen Meeting Summarizer Bot + SummarEase Resume Analyzer

SummarEase – Vijaya’s personal “meeting twin” – automatically pulls Teams transcripts, summarizes calls, extracts action items and emails everyone their tasks. At the same time, she built a document intelligence layer inside SummarEase that summarizes long documents and resumes, detects and corrects bias, identifies strengths and weaknesses, gives job-fit scoring and even classifies document type before summarizing.

IMPACT: “It started as two separate experiments. But now together, they’ve become a full internal productivity system.”

Pipeline Monitor Agent

This one has quietly become a favorite! Using agentic logic, it reads logs, identifies issues in real time, summarizes what’s going wrong and suggests – or triggers – actions. It turns noisy logs into clean, actionable insights.

IMPACT: “It’s like having a calm second set of eyes during debugging.”

Real-Time Avatar Voice Bot

She wanted to experiment with voice + avatar pipelines – and ended up creating a fully interactive bot that listens with Whisper. It responds using a cloned voice, and animates via D-ID — all running inside a simple Streamlit app.

IMPACT: “This has been useful for demos, conversational prototypes and internal assistants.”

RFP Auto-Writer

A lightweight internal system that reads RFP PDFs, extracts questions, matches them to a content library and generates a polished Word draft.

IMPACT: “Our team actively uses this, and it’s been a huge time-saver for anyone on the team dealing with long proposals.”

Bringing over 20 years of project management, business development, corporate communications, and customer relations experience to Ampcus, Kara serves as an Employee Engagement Specialist in our Chantilly office, helping the Client Partner team collaborate seamlessly with contract employees across BFSI and Telecom. Her personal motto: To make our resources feel valued and appreciated.

Kara is a one-stop shop: “Some days I’ll help negotiate contacts, other days I’m communicating changes. I’m a problem-solver, counselor, and cheerleader all in one!”

Why It Matters: “Ampcus’ contracting resources should always know we care about them – and that level of service isn’t something every organization in our position chooses to provide. I’ve helped build our program to what it is, and I’m proud of the fact our retention rates are so high.”

DANIELLE M. Gardiner, Chief Forensics Officer, is a forensic accounting executive with deep expertise in catastrophe claims, business interruption, and complex economic damages. She has led global forensic engagements across sectors including power generation, hospitality, and technology.

Danielle holds a Master of Accountancy , as well as CFE and MAFF certifications. She has co-authored numerous industry publications, including for Claims Magazine on cyber liability. She is recognized for her strategic insight and operational leadership in high-stakes insurance matters.
