Warranty Policy:
Standard warranty terms for DIR DBITS engagements are formalized within each project’s Statement of Work (SOW). Under contract DIR-CPO-5966, Ampcus Inc. provides a 30-day “hypercare” stabilization period immediately following final acceptance, supplemented by a formal 60-calendar-day warranty covering the material conformance of all final deliverables, during which any defined non-conformances will be corrected at no additional charge.
